The consultation fee is not an additional charge if you proceed. If you place an order following the consultation, the full £9.99 will be deducted from your final purchase.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will always try to be as flexible as possible where reasonable notice is provided.
- Appointments may be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
- The £9.99 consultation fee is fully refundable when cancelled more than 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
- If nobody is available at the property at the agreed appointment time, the consultation fee is non-refundable

Online booking is currently available only within selected postcode areas. This allows us to manage appointment availability efficiently and provide convenient appointment times for customers within those locations.
However, we continue to offer home consultations across a much wider area. Customers outside the current online booking zones can still arrange a consultation by contacting our team directly.
