Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will always try to be as flexible as possible where reasonable notice is provided.
- Appointments may be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
- The £9.99 consultation fee is fully refundable when cancelled more than 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
- If nobody is available at the property at the agreed appointment time, the consultation fee is non-refundable
Our advisers reserve dedicated time specifically for your appointment. Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer that appointment slot to another customer and helps keep the booking system running efficiently.
If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
