With a strong background as a kitchen and bathroom fitter, Lawrance brings a practical, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail to every installation. He has quickly developed a passion for fitting shutters and enjoys helping customers transform their homes with a stylish, perfectly finished result.

Brad

Fitting Manager

With years of experience fitting shutters and window blinds, Brad is known for his meticulous approach and high standards. His careful, precise workmanship consistently earns praise from customers, who regularly comment on his tidy, respectful, and professional work ethic.

Darren

Service Manager & Sales

Darren has over 20 years’ experience in the blinds and curtains industry. As our curtains and pelmet specialist, he has overseen some of our most impressive installations. His attention to detail and deep product knowledge mean he is often described as extremely helpful and highly skilled at understanding and delivering a customer’s vision.

Steph

Customer Service Manager

With a calm, measured, and professional approach, Steph carefully manages our fitting and consultation diaries. Her focus is on ensuring a smooth, well-organised experience for every customer, helping us consistently deliver a high standard of service.

Showroom Consultant

Ellie supports our customers both over the phone and in our Basingstoke Showroom. Her friendly, cheerful, and helpful approach makes her a firm favourite with customers and colleagues alike, and she takes pride in ensuring every enquiry is handled with care and professionalism.

Vicki

Sales Manager

Vicki has been with Blinds for over 17 years and brings a wealth of technical knowledge and design expertise to the team. With a great eye for interior design and colour coordination, she is often described as knowledgeable, highly experienced, and exceptionally detail-oriented.

Emily

Showroom Consultant

With an impressive level of experience packed into a petite frame, Emily consistently impresses customers with her knowledge and professional approach. Having worked in the blinds and shutters industry throughout her career, there’s very little she doesn’t know.

Chris

Operations Consultant

Chris is our Operations and Marketing Consultant and can occasionally be found assisting customers in the Showrooms when it gets busy. He has extensive knowledge of blinds and shutters, including installation, and is always happy to talk customers through the available options.

Olivia

Happiness Enhancer

The youngest (and arguably cutest) member of the team, Olivia can often be found in our Showrooms. Her main role is to boost morale and brighten the day, although she can usually be found asleep in her bed or chewing on her toys. She may, however, emerge for a cuddle or a stroke if encouraged.
